From
a numerological standpoint, 2017, when you add the numbers up: 2 + 0
+ 1 + 7 = 10 and that is then distilled down to: 1 + 0 = 1
So, in
2017 we’re in a 1 year!
According
to numerology, ONE is the number of beginnings. Something brand new
that expresses uniqueness. This year is incredibly important to me.
In order for things to change, I am making a promise to myself to
break old habits and start fresh!
I’ve
partnered up with Express
to bring to you some of my new year’s resolutions, and a fresh
clean look to go along with a very clean slate!
Number
1 on my list is to focus on myself, which has been a struggle of mine
this past year especially when work becomes extremely overwhelming.
Number
2, heading to my Pilates and barre class at least 2-3 times a week is
an absolute must! If you feel great on the inside it will always show
on the outside! Being more positive, and loving myself - ultimately I
believe this brings oneself to true happiness!
Last
but not least I made it a priority to spend more time with my
loved ones. My life is so fast-paced, you can easily get caught up
and sucked in - but I will never allow it to takeover me! This
resolution was inspired by this super cozy look. I will be spending
the whole month of January back at home in Toronto to reset and
recharge.
I
