Hey guys! FINALLY got to upload this look from weeks ago! My laptop broke just before I left for my trip to Costa Rica :( but now it is back up and running!! I will be sure to upload those pics this week as well!

I love when Jeff comes to visit LA, we spent our saturday afternoon trotting around my stomping grounds shooting, shopping and hanging out at my favorite cafe BASIX. I wanted to share with you lovlies my casual weekend look. Dressing down is easy, but you can always manage a little spice up a pair of dressy shorts with simple booties. It is super important to balance your dressy pieces with a casual sweater as well!

Ahh NYC soooo cold, but always full of life! The meat packing district is my favorite places to shop and eat in the city!
I Spent my saturday afternoon roaming around town shooting with my favorite photographers, Jeff Thibodeauco then warming up at Mokbar for some Ramen located in the famous Chelsea Market! If you are ever visiting the city make sure to slap that on your to do list!

Now to the outfit...... Over the knee boots are IN this season! Lucky for me I have owned a pair for 4 years now! they are a little bit on the high side, but I still love them! Pair them with your go to jeans, basic plaid shirt, a warm fuzzy Faux Fur, and messenger bag.... your SET!

Coat: Zara // Top: Rails LA // Jeans: Citizens of Humanity // Boots: Gucci // Bag: Botkier

Makeup Routine

posted on: Friday, December 5, 2014

Step 1: Eye Brows - one of the most important features on the face. Don't over do it ladies . lightly fill areas that you feel are "lacking some hair" :) using my favorite eyebrow brush by B and Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder in EBONY.

I absolutely Love this concealer from Maybelline instant rewind sponge top makes it easy to apply evenly and directly to under eye.
Lash Blast Volume by Cover Girl has been in my makeup bag for years! not the same one but you know what I mean ;)  I usually apply with the brush on an angle to the corner lashes to give that winged look.
Followed by application of Mascara apply loose foundation all over face with  MAC 134 Powder Brush
Apply MAC Mineralize Skinfinish with Sonia Kashuk angle brush
Choose a soft nude palette for your eyes. I used the third color from the top left. Maybelline THE NUDES

The most popular lip liner of all SOAR by MAC

voila!

I can truthfully say that I do not wear makeup on a daily basis. But, when I do, its just not in me to cake the products to my face. less is ALWAYS more ladies. Trust me! Everyone has their own natural beauty....Enhance it, lightly! :)
